Typical payment schedules are as follows: a 25% deposit
initiates an order. Follow on installments are specified in the
purchase order and are normally based on specific progress stages.
Final balance is due when the OTA is in final assembly. |

Custom projects cannot be returned. All deposits and/or
payments for custom projects are non-refundable. |

All telescopes are guaranteed against manufacturer
defects for a period of three years. |
