The photo above shows Dream's largest composite oven,
which is 12 feet wide inside. The work table inside the oven
is 66" x 66". This composite oven was custom built
by Dream in 2003. It was upgraded in 2015. It went from 10,000
watts to 36,000 watts and a 700 pound blower replaced the two
smaller blowers that were 20x less powerful (CFM). The oven has
always been processor controlled with a closed loop system. It
is able to hit and maintain the set temperature to a tolerance
of just +/-1°F. |
