Here you can see the pier after lowering all three legs by 5". Final product should have roughly 6" of vertical adjustment.

Again, the bottom of each leg will have adjustable feet. These will raise the pier up another ~1.5" higher than where the leg ends appear to touch in the current drawings. The central pier would therefore not be as close to touching the ground as it appears above. The feet have not been drawn in yet.

The top of the pier will allow for the GEM head to swivel to better point at NCP or refracted pole.
